Gray Computer Resources, Inc has been offering IT support to Douglas and the surrounding area businesses since 1997. We still service clients from those first days. We are a full service shop, with the emphasis on service. We do not sell hardware, though we will assist you in purchasing the right hardware/software for your business. We don’t want clients to feel that we are trying to pressure them to purchase hardware so we can make money from the sale. We also design and setup network infrastructure. We can handle projects from installing cabling to setting up your server and shared resources.
If you need either a web presence or just email hosting to enable you to be able to receive e-mail addressed to yourname@yourbusiness.com, we have the tools to help you with that. Perhaps you want to be able to keep an eye on your business when you are not there. We can design and install a video surveillance system that you can access over the internet. Generally, we travel onsite to assist you with your problems. However, we can provide remote support. Just sit back while and watch while we solve your problems.We can remove spyware and virus’s via remote support. If you need assistance and/or training on any Microsoft and many other packages, we can provide that service.
